Every employee I have met has been courteous and helpful. So far, I've had NO problems with my credit card, ATM or on-line banking. Staff is quick to recommend some of their promotional offerings with higher interest rates. Sometimes the lines are a bit long, so it looks like they are minimally staffed at times. Overall, it has been a great banking experience.

Be aware that if you have a Line of Credit and decide to pay it off there are fees you will be charged. DEMAND FEES, RECON FEES, AND EARLY CLOSURE FEES. Fees that cost me almost $800, and fees I had no idea they were going to take from my account just because I paid off my Line of Credit. The cost of the Line of Credit kept going up, it seemed like monthly, so I had to seek a more reasonable option, and no one ever mentioned these fees. I could have use that money elsewhere, as any home owner in the foothills knows our home owners insurance has doubled.
