I use this AAA location every year the ladies that work here are very professional and very helpful and are always kind never had a bad experience here they're very fast and convenient and easy to get in and out of with parking never been there longer than 20 minutes at the most! On the other hand the DMV well I'm just going to say that I'd rather go to AAA thank you for your fast Curtis friendly service!

Our home, auto, umbrella, and rental insurance policy holder is exiting caifornia. Being a AAA member for 60 plus years, I called the Salinas Branch insurance agent on Friday , 4 Jan. She was very pleasant and took all our information and said would get
back in two hours with estimates. I called at the end of the day as she did not call. She said was busy and that another agent who had more time would call me on Monday, with the estimates. On monday I call the recommended insurance agent and asked if he had all the needed information. He said he did and would get back to me in 2 hours. He never called back and left him VM and sent email on next day, Tuesday, still no response.
On Wed,nesday I ended up calling the Monterey AAA insurance agent who got me the information imediately.

If the two insurance agents in the salinas AAA, that I communicated with are refective of Salinas AAA operation. I would avoid working with them with the Salinas AAA office.

They are open on Saturday. Which is a great feature of that branch. Can get all my dmv registration work done and not have to leave work early

My most recent interaction was by phone. The person wasn't impolite and made the conversation quite confusing. She refused to clarify what she was trying to say with detail. She is the "professional." I would hope she could be considerate since she understands the business better than I. It was quite disheartening.

Called today to verify hours for DMV services, since I live out of town. Was told it will be open until 5:30 pm but only cash was accepted during this time. Drove 40 minutes to find it closed at 4:50 pm.
