Was discussing an Issue with Ken and he is a pretty rude person, doesn't know how to talk to people properly. You don't make up rules or instructions after a job is complete or assume people will do something a certain way if you never mention or request it on paper in your work confirmation or email.

Ken called me a moron telling me to shut up cause he didn't agree with the points above. Not once in the call did I ever insult or disrespect you. If you cant properly handle a discussion like that, I don't know how long you've been doing this, but I don't see how you are still working in this business. This requires you to talk to people properly on a regular basis, and to be able to resolve issues.

K B Brokerage is a great asset to the trucking industry. I have been working with Ken booking loads and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to rates and loads. Keep your paper work neat and get required signatures so when you send in your documents they are able to read them. Payment was sent quick with no issues. Ken is one of the brokers i plan on working with often.
