Terrible service I can’t even get anyone on the phone to give me a quote let alone buy Insurance there I tried 4 to 5 times to try to reach someone to talk to, and I kept getting nowhere will never even consider liberty mutual insurance. I do not recommend even calling this number. Specially, the OAKLAND store it sucks. I believe it’s the insurance broker.

To get you an agent was very very frustrating. But overall the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about her job and what was needed for me and for the reason why I had called that was taken care of.

I was hit June 8th. It is now June 27th and the person working on my case at Liberty Mutual says he cannot look to see if I had coverage at that time. I did, I told him so, even sent him a copy of my insurance. But now Joshua Peck is on vacation until July 5th. I think Joshua Peck should not be working with my insurance if he is not allowed to look at people's information. Something is wrong there. Liberty Mutual sucks!
