From our first meeting until our last, Tomaj was helpful, polite and efficient and helped me through the entire process. I had been getting his marketing materials and following his sales record for years so when it came time to sell my condo, I knew I wanted him for my agent. He made a professional, thorough presentation of market conditions, sale and purchase statistics in my complex and in the East Bay to start out, so I knew exactly where the market was and what to expect. He explained how we were going to approach the sale of my condominium from pricing to tasks in a very tough market and at a tough time of year for sales. Tomaj is very practical and realistic, which I appreciate. He didn’t start with some rosy, unrealistic pricing or lead me to believe it would be an easy sale with the present market conditions. That first meeting reinforced my decision to chose Tomaj as my agent. We both just got working on it as quickly as we could and he approved of what I did and helped me out with suggestions so we could get it ready as soon as possible. Much to my amazement, Tomaj was talking to a buyer within weeks who was relocating to the West Coast and also led her through the process step-by-step. We had a number of inspections and he meet them for me instead of me having to come over to the East Bay so also made it very convenient for me. The sale was completed in record time considering all factors. Tomaj is very calm, low-key and businesslike and keeps you grounded and informed throughout what can be an emotional process. I can highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good real estate agent.
