While I haven't visited this branch yet (I am today though) I have been a member for over 30 years. Never had a problem, got my first credit card, and loan with them. Glad to have something local instead of having to deal with the RWC location!

I have opened 3 accounts here including an IRA to roll over a 401k they decided to put that money in my checking account. REALLY!
Closed all 3 accounts opened an IRA at another bank the 401k money for over a week is gone not at new bank zero balance at SM credit union and they are closed for 4 days!
Is that even legal?
Every single dealing with these people has been a mess.
I would give zero stars but I have to give 1 to post a review.
Was really hoping a small credit union would be a nice change from a big bank. It's not!!!!!!!!!

I was so delighted at first to find out we were going to have SMCU here in Half Moon Bay. However, I’m terribly disappointed in the service they give; not a welcoming environment at all. I’ve been with SMCU over 15 years and never been subjected to such attitudes as I have in Half Moon Bay.
