Pacific Coast Rentals has made my transition into the Humboldt area a breeze. From their friendly, helpful receptionist to their maintenance coordinator. Everyone has helped, been flexible, responsive and in my experience, very fair as to how they choose the right tenants for a particular spot. I’m now in my second unit rented by them and will continue renting with them until I own property in the area, then I will continue doing business with them managing my property. I’ve never had a better experience with property management. They genuinely care and are here to help you find your perfect home.

The employee from this agency came into the yard and yelled at the guests and harassed them repeatedly yelling that tenants were not allowed to park in tenant parking area and proceeded to swear that every vehicle there was not currently registered even though they all had current stickers on the plates.
There has been a work order in place for BLACK MOLD FOR 8 MONTHS! With air coming in from under all of the rentals directly into our bedroom nice cold moldy methcookhouse air directly to our place to sleep....needless to say everyone here is having complications breathing and cant figure out why, hmm. And PACIFIC COAST RENTALS is not seeming to care even though they definitely know about it. If we could give less than 1 star we would!
P.s. they dont care that our vehicles are constantly pilfered...now we will find out if the cameras that the agency repeatedly threatened us with really exhist or not. F+!!!!!!

Do not rent from this group. Scam tactics are implemented upon moving out. You will not get your security deposit back and instead you will get a multi thousand dollar bill with receipts but no photo or video proof of any damages that you will be billed for. You will never have access to the owner nor will she ever publicly display her name which as a business owner is a red flag. Stay tuned for more court proceedings.
