Ingrid is truly a one-of-a-kind realtor and someone you want on your side in a real estate transaction. She has helped me purchase two homes so far and sell one. This last purchase was one for the books though. The seller, his agent and their related party escrow company all continually lied and committed so many things that were wrong throughout the process that I’ve been contemplating suing them for the stress they caused my family. And they didn’t just cause me stress, but so much stress to Ingrid as well that she did such a great job shielding some of that from us as the buyers. Our escrow ended up taking 3.5 months (vs the original 30 days we had planned) due to the seller having to deal with city liens requiring construction (that he lied about and Ingrid caught in escrow), family lawsuits creating holds on the house, an unresponsive selling agent, a corrupt escrow company trying to force us to sign documents removing our legal rights because the seller wanted them after the fact, and just overall an angry seller. If Ingrid had not been involved, we first off probably would not have gotten the house, but even with the acceptance it most likely would have fallen through without her. She utilized Compass’ legal services for us multiple times, her broker stepped in to provide additional assistance based on her request, and overall she is worth so much to your side of the transaction. If you want someone you can trust and who will fight for you to get the best you can, Ingrid is that person. I’ll never go to anyone else for my real estate needs.
