Diane helped me with an investment sale with a property down in Barstow. We found her to have incredible expertise of the local market, in a market that is very different than the rest of California. Her connectivity with handypeople made it possible for us to get the repairs done that we needed remotely and with assurance that they were being done properly. She was also able to find us a buyer immediately who gave us exactly the price point we were looking for.

Diane not only understands the market well but understands how people work and predicted potential pitfalls in the transaction before they occurred. When said pitfalls happened, Diane went above and beyond what most agents I have worked with have done in order to ensure that the deal closed. Her years of experience and integrity really shined when the going got tough at the end of the transaction.

Another big plus for me was she was readily available for contact. No matter what time of day or what type of communication we used, Diane was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. While this is a trait that seems so easy with smart phones, it never ceases to amaze me how poorly most agents are at responding to their clients in any capacity. Diane is the exception to this stereotype; no matter how busy she is, she will make time for you and make you feel like a priority.
