I did not rent but they still wanted to check things.$80 later they said my credit report was bad. Even I told them about this it was their way to get some money from me

This place is great for managing my property. I dealt with a tenant who stopped paying rent and cost me a significant amount of money. They were prompt and helped me with dealing with this tenant in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.

*BEWARE* This place seemed so professional and the people were so friendly when taking our money. Our rental flooded due to a prior issue that was never fixed, instead they Mickey-Moused the repair until it created a disaster situation. We were kicked out in November and were told repairs would be made within 2-3 months MAX. Our lease is now up and this company is trying to return only $300 of our $1,600 deposit. Josh and Sierra were extremely rude and mocked my fiance when he was trying to figure out where the shortage was coming from. They then called the cops and had my mother removed from the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR WOODROW MARTIN HANSEN. They are horrible people and think they can take advantage of people. It all makes sense why Josh stated “I feel like you guys are a good fit for this place”…..but sadly for him we are not so naive.

PLEASE do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this horrible business! Don’t let these people fool you into believing that they are a good, reputable company. They will definitely scam you out of your hard earned money. They lie, they don’t follow through on their policies, you will get ripped off by them no matter what the situation is and they’ll get away with it! No one should ever be treated as terrible as this business does. I promise you, they’re not worth the headache! They really should reconsider their business name to Hassle Real Estate since that is exactly what they are!!

I’ve been renting from Haskell for about three years now. From the start they were helpful, and the application process was done quickly and efficiently. During my rental time there has been issues that arose such as plumbing and ac difficulties and they were responsive to request for service and even went out of their way on many occasions to make sure my family and I were comfortable. I’ve had many landlords/rental companies over the years and this by far is the best experience I have had.

Had to deal with this place over the phone they were rude to me when i called to inform them my family member was jumped and taken to the hospital, then repeatedly harassed by the same occupants. My family rents thru this place, they did not even give my family a 30 day notice only a 3 day notice then to court for the eviction, my family complained as did I due to the neighbors in the apartment complex blowing smoke from crack in their uncovered wall air conditioner, I wouldn't believe it if i didnt see it for myself. neighbors owe more than 3 months back rent and are allowed to stay, my family wasnt even 30 days past due when a neighbor picked up the eviction notice from the ground and handed it to him. when told about the drugs and the fact it was making the babies sick their response was "its banning what do you expect" "its cheap rent, you get what you pay for" they should take out the drugs part in the contract because others can freely deal and smoke crack at any of their rentals and they will not do anything about it! Play favoritism with occupants that become friends with others in the office, clear discrimination!!

Very pleased with the courteous and prompt service we have received as tenants. Don handled our request to extend our lease for one more year and was very prompt and courteous processing in a timely manner. Very efficient to deal with. Would recommend to others.
