I MUST SAY Bertha and Gina are great, well their whole staff is! Great customer service and I am very well pleased with their professionalism in what they do. Great feeling as soon as you walk into their office. I recommend my family and friends and everyone reading this get into this office for all your tax services.

Disappointed,!!!!
I did my taxes there for two years, I felt I could count on them. I had a quick question, I emailed, I called them and no answer. Very disappointed to know they do my financial statements

My whole experience was terrible. I had a phone call appointment two months ago and after sending Bertha Dominguez all my documentations she only took five minutes of her time and ask me only two questions and then ended the conversation by saying she would get back to me. I waited three days and NO CALL BACK. I called her receptionist and she told me she was busy with another client and that she would give me a call back. I did this run around THREE MORE TIMES! STILL NO CALL BACK after TWO MONTHS. Now my worry is this questionable lady has my information (SS#, Bank Info, ect..) and I have no way of knowing if MY INFORMATION is safe. DO NOT GO TO HER IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND INFORMATION.

To say that they are unprofessional is an understatement. I hate to put people down but they are very unprofessional, and very uneducated. They gave me the runaround on what I needed and what they needed from me for months. I'm disappointed in myself that I even had faith that they were competent enough to finish my taxes. They dragged the process on and when I called them to clear it up they were mean to me on the phone. Do not give them your business, aside from the poor manner in which they run things, their prices are not reasonable. Find somebody else, ask a friend, a neighbor, anybody. Stay away.

Great service here! I came to get my DACA papers renewed and the workers were very helpful and friendly to me and my mother. I highly recommend this place as the staff are all friendly and answers any type of questions you have!

If I could give this Business and its owner a no star I definitely would. Bertha herself filed my parents taxes for over 10 years. The IRS had them audited and now there 80k in debt. She basically ruined there lives. There income was being garnished from there checking account. They could not move forward and become US citizens due to this debt. I can not believe her business is still open. I hope she finds a way to sleep at night knowing how many people's lives she ruin. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
