I’m reading the reviews about the various Coosa Pines branches and it seems vincent is the best one. Pell City is the worst branch. The teller isn’t friendly and doesn’t know her job to properly explain policies and procedures. I wish I was able to gain employment without lack of knowledge but I got my position from HARDWORK. The branch manager called me with a very condescending apology she could have kept. She told me “ she is sorry that I feel this way and sorry that I felt the teller was rude.” The audacity! The only good thing about Pell city branch are the two ladies that work in member services. THAT’S IT !

The Coosa Pines branch in Vincent is honestly the best credit union I have ever dealt with in my life. Kendra and her staff treat their customers like family. I have been there since they opened in Vincent. I used to drive by every day going to and from work until I retired and they are still my branch of choice even though I drive by the Pell City branch to get to them. If I could give these ladies a hundred stars I would do it in a heartbeat! They are definitely worth the drive.

Karen and Jodi are awesome!! I went in to open an account and also had some questions about refinancing my new car loan. I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday (I hate doing that but was a rare weekday off and my to do schedule was packed) but Karen and Jodi both gave me great customer service like it was the middle of a Tuesday morning! Karen got my accounts open and helped me choose the cutest owl pic on my new card. Such a great experience! Looking forward to banking with Coosa Pines!

The staff are always so polite and helpful. This branch is very convenient for me.The only thing I have a problem with is the scented essential oil or whatever it is. I nearly choke on it every time I have to go inside the lobby. I usually get an allergy headache if I am in there more than a couple of minutes. The smell is super strong.

Definitely has the feel of a small town bank. Most of my interactions have been online/over the phone.

You can’t call your local branch. All the calls get routed to the same customer service team. They’re about 50/50 on whether they’ll answer. If they don’t, you have to leave a message, but you’ll never get a response.

If you get through and they can’t immediately fix your problem, they’ll get your phone number, but you’ll never get a response.

You can also send them an email and they actually respond in 2 or 3 days, after which they’ll ghost you and… you guessed it, you’ll never get a response.

I wouldn’t say communication is their forte.

I have enjoyed banking at Coosa Pines.
They had our car loan secured quickly and I was driving home in my new car by the end of the day with the lowest rates in the area. Their customer service went above and beyond. It’s great to bank with people and a company that you can trust.
