Very dissatisfied with this branch. Never enough tellers. Always Long wait times. There is never a teller at the Business Teller window. I regret opening a business account here. Will be switching to another bank.

Unorganized n worst service - Prejudice n they do a good job in ignoring you - especially, the Manager - she only pays attention to you if, you are a man or young guy or a Spanish speaking person.
American people are annoying to her.

My appointment scheduled at 1:30pm-2:00pm,I arrived there at 1:58,the guy at the front desk said I was late for the appointment because 1:30-2:00pm
means your whole service time, which didn’t make any sense.Because the web site said 1:30-2:00pm is the appointment time.Very bad service.

You can sense every customers frustrations here from the long terrible wait time. I'm running errands for my parents & myself so I had to stop here unfortunately knowing how bad it is. I Usually go to Eastland center b of a that one's just as bad but this one takes the cake.. everyone has places to go business matters to take care of not stand around here waiting with 20+ extra customers with 1 or 2 tellers working the window

This bank is the worst!!!!
Twenty people in line and only one teller.
Mind you, five employees trying to open up new accounts. Do yourselves a favor and look for a credit union, I sure am!

Everyplace you go these days has a line right? Some lines are faster than others, depending on where you are and what the service is you're getting.

So, the name of the game now is safety and patience. You don't want to put your health or the health of your family at home in jeopardy, by trying to bypass the safety measures put in place to keep us all from getting or spreading this thing.

So for me, standing 6 feet away from somebody and covering my face to get my business done is simply par for the course; it's just where we are right now. And getting angry and frustrated only makes things worse. I still have to take care of my banking and the sooner I get this over with, the sooner it'll be over (at least for this visit).

This line doesn't tend to move continuously, but when it does move 6 or 7 people move up at a time. So, the progress is swift. I usually open up an app on my phone, or say a prayer to the Lord God, or just engage in old-fashoned people watching.

The scenery here is nice, comparatively speaking, and once the transition is made to the inside, another teller may be able to handle the transaction (depending on what it is) without the need to go to the window or wait in the line any further.

Hang in there y'all. We can do this.

Horrible customer service. I was there today to do some credit card transactions. Tania with a "Relationship manager title"was supposed to help me. First I had to explained to her what she needed to do. She tried to convince me i needed to do something else. Which of course I eventually clarified and explained to her, since she was clue less. After that she was in a rush to leave so she kept on telling me I could call my self an 800 number after waiting about 30 minutes. I got upset and told her I will do it since she was not interested in helping me and in a hurry to leave. She was also rude to one of her coworkers which I felt sorry for.
I know i could call customer service. The reason i went is because I like to ask questions in general and i most likely end up doing more transactions at the same time. That is how you do business.
I can forgive the locked of knowledge, but not the poor customer service...Very disappointed!!!!
