Tried to open a checking account, walked in acknowledged ( at least it was seen )
Waited patiently for 20 minutes, I know I was seen sitting there. Eventually walked up and was told I needed to sign in, and that they had no appointments.
If this is how the credit union operates, guess I'll be treated the same at the big banks....

Been a member for about 8 yrs ...and was about to become a member somewhere else but Armando the branch manager @ Arcadia LISTENED to my issue. A true asset to the Foothill community hopefully the entire board of directors know what an outstanding employee they have with Armando. Now I'm looking forward to many more years to come with Foothill.

I am responding to the person who said the branch is racist and discriminates. I don’t have an account here, but I use their Shared Branch services, and have done so frequently in the past 2 years. I’m Black and the staff has been very nice and helpful each time I make a deposit or withdrawal from my branches. They also honor my request to buy quarters, which can sometimes be annoying elsewhere. I get more scrutiny from my branch, even though I have been a member for over 40 years.

The staff is very helpful the loan team made my car loan easy as 1-2-3. They do a great job. They answered all my questions. If I did not understand something they would take extra time to go over things to give you a better understanding. I feel I was never rushed asking extra question they would go the extra mile to make sure I understood it 100 percent. Foothill credit union has gave me the best experience with all the credit Union I have been with. Chris Anderson your team does a excellent job. They all deserve a day off with pay. Thanks again if anybody looking for a great credit union look no where else foothill federal credit union will get the job done.

I came in credit union last month like almost at the end of the month I came in nervous I wasn’t gonna get helped. Maria sitting at the desk helped me. I got a car loan to pay off my lease . She went above and beyond .she’s super helpful and really nice . She deserves a raise . If you’re reading this Maria thank you for your help.

I'm a 3rd generation member of this bank. Always the nicest service. Greeting me by name and everything. They almost never ask me for my account number or name because they know me! Awesome. Recently I had an issue with a withdrawal I did not authorize. I was seated with a woman I have never worked with before. ( there's a small chance she was new to the branch or foothill in general ) She was the rudest person I have ever encountered at any bank! EVER! She kept pursing her lips and not looking at me when I asked questions and I could see her monitor and she was google messaging another co-worker about how bad she needed a redbull from 7/11 next door. ( asking them to grab her one when the other person went on break ect. ) She kept saying things like there is nothing we can do about this, ect. That may have been true, but the way she went speaking to me was horrendous, she hardly gave me the time of day. Perhaps it was the way I was dressed ( not kidding ) I was on a lunch break at work and was doing some very messy stuff prior. I assume there was some judgement towards me, and seeing as how the only thing I use this bank for is Loans and my credit card I feel as though she was judging me based on the balance I had in my savings and checking! I have banked her mainly because EVERYONE in my family has done so. I will be leaving this bank shortly after the way I was treating and consolidating my loans at another credit union I bank with. I'm very angry over this woman's demeanor towards me. She will not fair well when we end up having a SOCIAL CREDIT SCORE.

My experience with foothill credit Union in the beginning was wonderful but is really decreased in the past year year and a half . Now I received a wire transfer and when I went to send a wire transfer out they ended up freezing my account and I was told today by women named Christina that she will hold my money indefinitely and that her investigation can last however long she wants it to be and even after the investigation she still doesn't have to release me my funds and she wants me to ask the person who sent me the wire transfer through PayPal she wants her bank statement so she can call the bank and see if the funds have cleared but funny story she already knows what bank it came from and that cleared they weren't worried about it when I did my first transaction there was only when I went to money out via transfer then they were worried it was fraud I never felt like I've been violated bullied and discriminated on I feel so very helpless and it's bad enough that I already have social anxiety by far this woman cutting me off and pushing me around does not help the situation now they can say all they want that it's to protect themselves and me it could be fraud but I highly truly doubt it it has somebody can say all they want that it seems very suspicious but it's wrong of what they're doing and I mean wrong I think you should listen to that phone conversation cuz it's recorded Chris or Christina I really want to know who it is responding
