Dean was our realtor while searching for a home in the Santa Clarita area. A local lender referred him after we struggled with getting any offers accepted with our previous agent. When we began working with Dean, we got our first counter offer (on a blind offer -- we chose not to accept the counter), and our second offer with him was accepted, due in no small part to his expertise in crafting an offer and his familiarity with the seller's agents. It was a very fraught and stressful escrow for many reasons, but Dean was very persistent with making sure that we were doing everything we could do to make the sale happen. He is the squeakiest of the squeaky wheels, does not drop the ball on anything, and his communication was beyond excellent.
