I cannot express how proud I am to say that I bank with Chaffey. They have helped me through my toughest times. The west Covina office Leticia & Paula thank you ladies very much for professionalism and your kindness and of course we cannot forget the Upland office and everyone that is staffed with Chaffey. They are truly, the best. They have solved any issues i’ve ever had less then 1 business day no long hold times always talking to a live rep. Everyone is a helping hand there! Thank you Chaffey for always making me feel safe and always taking care of all my banking needs! Not enough words to express my gratitude.

Looks like they upgraded their machine outside.
I had some trouble understanding the menu, so I went inside the office to do my deposit. Nowadays because of COVID19, I am very cautious and picky of which establishments I enter. The tellers were masked and their service was great.

However, I was really disappointed see a person in their office not wearing a mask. Her door was wide open as well. So the second she threw a coughing fit I ran out of the building. No thanks! This is very unsafe and disrespectful. I feel so sorry for the ladies who have to share this space with her.

Hello! I don't think I have ever written a review before, but I truly believe this branch deserves more 5 stars! I am a college student, so managing my money for school was a whole new monster to me, but the workers here were always helpful and answered all of my questions! They are great and are my go-to recommendation.

This credit union was empty when I arrived. And I completely understand why...the personnel are extremely unprofessional, uneducated, and ignorant of how they should treat their customers. I would NEVER recommend nor send my worst enemy to do any business with Chaffey Federal Credit Union or at least the West Covina branch. The executive board needs to do some serious due diligence and reevaluate who his representing this organization, because if the manager or the female flunky (who was not wearing a name badge) is a representation and direct reflection of Chaffey Federal Credit Union. I WILL PASS THANKS!!

Customer service is nice and helpful but when it comes to getting a loan officer or getting a hold of a loan officer good luck I tried purchasing a car through my bank Chaffey since I have purchased a car through them before customer service help me out And told me to fill out an application online which I did and received a text from a loan officer within hours which was good but that would be the last I would hear from them I have also switched loan officer at chaffey because I have sent emails to my original one and voicemails I never!! received a callback or an email back when I switchEd loan officers I got an email within hours and that was it I have left numerous voicemails emails and still haven’t gotten a call or an email but yet they ran my credit and still can’t give me information or help at this point I’m thinking of changing my bank for someone more convenient.
