I have been a customer here for about 5 Years now! I used to love this bank! Since they have been bought out by first foundation.. there service has gone down hill... I have had my atm/debit card cancelled on me about 17 times in the 2 months! Which leaves me no access to my money while traveling or eve to get gas or groceries! I can no longer reach any one on the phone or get calls back! I can not access my money this weekend due to them canceling my card this morning! Basically every time I use the card they cancel it. I then have to go through the hassle to get a new card, change all my online bill pays to the new card and while waiting for the card I have no access to my money! This is just wrong to keep hard working people from spending and accessing their money! I am very un happy with them at this point! They have created some huge inconviences for me and my family for the last 2 months! I can no longer accept this and will be closing all of my accounts with them cole Monday morning! It’s to bad that a company that handles people’s money had suck bad cu other service! Ugh I hope hey get it together because I’m sure I’m not the only one going through this with them! Also the online banking and mobile app barley ever work! Un happy!!
