Regina and the whole team at Ashland Pacific were absolutely incredible. They responded to maintenance requests immediately and effectively with complete transparency. This was such an improvement from every other leading agency in the USC area. To all the parents and students considering Ashland Pacific, I promise that you will not be let down. Very disappointed with the unresponsiveness and neglect of this company. They are extremely hard to reach and do not answer the phone even during their available work hours. Our property got broken into and it’s been 3 days with no response from Ashland. Overall seem very disorganized and unreliable, would not recommend to anyone!
