Bad business, they charged me a $8.00 for a service fee which made my account -1.73, then there was 3 1.98 transactions that went through and they charged me 3 times 27.50, a total of 82.50. why would you allow any transactions to go through if my account was already in the negative -1.73, Mr. McGrady refuses to give me my money back. My point is your fee put me in the negative. Why allow anything else to go through. Bad business. I went and closed my account out .

I would never ever ever ever tell anyone to get a loan or bank with this credit union ever. In the beginning, they act so nice like they want to help you, but will find any loophole possible to come get your vehicle or screw you any type of way The way that we have been done by them is not only completely inhumane, but the disrespect in the way they talk to you and not want to fix anything that they’ve done or listen to you or hear anything that you have to say their way is the only way and they will take what you’ve worked so hard for and not even give you a conversation as to tell you why they did it
