I highly recommend working with Kate Fomina. She was our agent to sell a condo on the beach in Alameda. The whole process was fast, professional and very carefully done. She was super knowledgeable about the market, advertising, pricing and the process. She was easy to talk to and immediately responsive when we had questions. She also has a great team of people to work with. We took her recommendations for a stager and the title company (and they did a great job!). Kate had a whole other set of people working behind the scenes – someone who did a 3D floor plan, photographers, cleaners, etc. And beyond how smooth the process went, we also felt good about the sale: she helped us donate items to immigrant families as we were clearing out our belongings and when there were questions about how to handle offers fairly, she showed strong integrity.
