This review is for Denise Keller. I can't speak for other Grubb Co agents, but If I could give Denise 10 stars, I would. She is not just a highly skilled agent but a truly kind person. My partner and I were thrown into the market without knowing much about it, when our landlord decided to sell and we threw our hat in the ring to buy our house. We had a complicated sale and a lot to learn in a very short time. Denise remained patient, honest, and knowledgeable every step of the way. She went above and beyond, was always available to talk through things and answer our 1,000 questions, following up with resources, affordable contractors, and comps whenever we needed them. She is also very funny and a pleasure to be around! We never thought we could own a home--not even the one we'd lived in for so long--in Oakland, and I can honestly say that we could not have done it without Denise.
