This company makes you apart of their family! They put their hearts before profits. Which manifests profits by nature. I am so grateful for their family oriented support! Sam is beyond 5 stars and manages properties in a professional manner. So thankful for their services! Prior to Sam taking over nothing was being done. If you have a property to rent in the San Lorenzo area and need an awesome property manager, just call Sam @ Village Properties. I feel like I don't have to worry about my home and Sam provides good value.

When I decided to rent out my house, Sam helped me narrow down pricing, find a good renter, arranged a contractor to quickly make some quality repairs, and got a cleaning crew to help with the final cleanup. Plus he's a local so I know that if anything goes wrong, he and his colleagues are nearby because I'm not able to do that myself.

We just had the most awesome experience with both Jessica and Sam. Initially we consulted Sam about the possibility of renting out our house. In the end we made the decision to sell our home and chose to have Jessica represent us as our agent based solely on our initial impression of Sam.
