Can never get the Enterprise branch to call you back, they always hang up on you transferring you. Customer service is non existent..

Fantastic, Caring customer service ! This company has been around over 50 years and is easy to work with. They are getting ready to expand with a new branch in Ozark in 2021. Recent upgrades to mobile banking, online services are great. Yet small enough to treat members with courtesy and respect ! I highly recommend them.

I have done numerous business with solutions first over the past year. From checking/savings to auto loans they pretty much can do it all. I called and did an application over the phone and within 30 mins I went and signed paperwork and bought my new car. They are always friendly and offer the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

Used to be a good bank but the current manager has turned this bank into a completely inept organization. They kept charging me for a loan that was paid off in full but kept charging me “service fees” for the account even though I had closed the account. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys like the plague. Until they get new management they’re not going to get better.

Great experiences with them! Have done multiple loans with them and they always make it easy to do business. Also, you never get routed to an automated system. You are able to speak with a real person every time you call.
