I’m a new tenant with THE Brokerage serving as a my property management company. I’m a little less than a month into my lease and they’ve been nothing short of outstanding so far.

There have been a couple things that needed to get fixed once we moved in, and they’ve had the best communication from any company I’ve ever worked with. I’ve contacted them before their office hours even start and have gotten immediate replies, and same goes for after hours as well. Any issues or repairs, they’ve had someone out to look at/repair it within 24 hours.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to lease or buy, and I say that because in the buying process, communication is one of the most important things and they’ve got it down to a science. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

* Disclaimer please read ** I am giving the company 5 stars only because of Jeff. Jeff was very helpful!! The maintenance woman NOVA IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. She lacks basic fundamental customer service skills, she is very rude and dismissive. Frankly I am surprised she is employed. She is a stain on this company’s reputation . I have been renting my house with the Brokerage company for 7 years. I have never had an issue with this company until today when I spoke to this woman. A long term tenant like myself or any tenant for that matter should never have to experience a rude dismissing property manager when following up on an issue 30 DAYS after the initial request. It is absolutely unacceptable. The fact she has a job honestly surprises me due to her severe lack of people skills. If you ever need to contact this company and she answers save yourself the time and headache and immediately ask to speak to a manager!!
