This place is fast with setting up ur registration papers and of course charging you. But when it comes to giving you the things you pay for they suck. I was told it would take 2 days to get my plates and stickers then another day and finally got everything 5 days later. Lien sales girl was nice but my husband said she was a little rude when he picked up our plates and never apologized for telling us a certain day. Bad experince... Never again

If you hate the DMV lines then go here the staff is Great and supper helpful and they have 3 locations in san jose call to find out which one your close to and check them out..

Worst service ever. Waste of time. Always lie to you and invent stories because they are lazy They never call you back when they say they will. Never go to alumrock location!
