Excellent customer service. The teller was extremely helpful when I informed her what I needed. I drove over an hour to visit the branch but it was worth the trip. The area itself is beautiful!

Went to get something notarized on a Saturday. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. I don’t have a checking account with them but after the excellent service I was given I’m going to. Love Redstone

Worst most worthless bank I’ve ever dealt with. Applied for a car loan on a Friday they said I would get an email with a decision by the end of the work day. Sat morning still nothing so I call. My credit score is good enough to get the lowest rate so that’s not the issue. I have to pick up the car that day so they say to go to a branch to expedite my process. Even though it says there are 3 around me that are supposed to be open until 1pm on Saturdays not a single one was open. I call again and they are ZERO help. It is now Tuesday and I still have not heard one word. Navy Fed already had a check overnighted to me by Sat so I used them even though Redstone’s rates are a little lower they aren’t worth the hassle. I suggest going elsewhere. HORRIBLE service.
