I’ve been going to Katherine for my tax returns since January 2004. A few of the reviews are about whiny complainers who doesn’t get what they want. It’s all about competence for me. I have used her services for over 20 years. Prices were fair and she has a ton of small businesses that come to rely her accounting services.

If I can do 0 stars I would select that! A lady named Hang is so rude to start off. I was on the phone in the lobby after waiting for about an hour when she stepped out to the lobby and approached me in a rude way in front of customers and employees and rudely told me no talking on the phone in “her” lobby! Not just that enough, as she was doing my return, I had a few questions and there was a moment where she started talking out loud exposing some of my personal details when she could have just spoken to me in a professional way! Never returning here again, I recommend anyone considering here to go to another place especially for the amount she charges and the unprofessional attitude!

Wait time is very long. They charged 50₫ for fixing small detail in previous year which you already paid full amount. My aunt also had to wait 5 hours even when coming to an appointment.
