First and foremost, communication was abysmal. I often found myself chasing after Michael for updates on the property, and more often than not, my inquiries were met with delayed responses or, worse yet, complete silence. It's astonishing how difficult it was to get a straight answer or any sense of urgency regarding the potential property.

Property showings were a frustrating ordeal. Archer homes seemed unprepared and disinterested. I wasted valuable time on the property that were clearly not aligned.

Furthermore, there was a significant lack of transparency. It felt like Michael was more focused on maximizing their commission than ensuring that I found a suitable rental. Seemed to making the entire process feel like a money-grabbing scheme rather than a genuine effort to help a client secure a home.

Michael and Archer Homes got me signed on a rental property, told me that the day after I'm suppose to get in, after I packed the whole night and haven't been sleeping, they told me that they decided to go with other.

In the end, my experience with Michael left me frustrated, disappointed, and empty-handed. If you value your time and sanity, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a realty agent who actually cares about their clients and is willing to put in the effort to find a suitable rental property. Michael and Archer homes fell far short of my expectations, and I wouldn't wish this unprofessional and lackluster experience on anyone.

I had a regrettable experience with michael the property manager. Initially, I felt misled during the lease agreement process as vital information was conveniently omitted. When I sought clarification on the terms, Michael displayed a concerning lack of transparency and professionalism, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and shadowed. We rented a house through Michael and he was our point of contact during the rental period. The contracting process went very smoothly. As the property manager, he was very responsive and thoroughly addressed any issues that came up. It was a great experience and I would definitely rent through him again.

Tina worked incredibly hard all the way through the process of selling my home. She knows the Bay Area market well and had my condo in contract and back off the market within days after multiple offers came in immediately. She was savvy during the negotiation process and kept me well informed along the way. She also communicates great over email which was a major plus for me.
