Amit has been our realtor for more than 10 yrs now. He has helped us to close our primary residence as well as investment property in the Bay Area. He is extremely knowledgeable in real estate market and often guided us in house purchasing process. He is an expert negotiator as well. Amit and Renuka made the home buying process very smooth for us. The most important aspect was that they were very reliable and made sure that we got the best deal.
