Was told I was good to go Into the branch to finish some documents on a car loan, went in and waited a 30 mins, left for some grub and after a few hours, got a call that anyone in the branch could have helped me at any time so back I go to the branch
Went in and the nice teller Marlyn mentioned to the branch manager that I was here and paper work was ready, branch manager said " I'm too busy I can't do it, anyone can do it"
Super nice teller asked the branch manager to overlook the paperwork, manager asked the teller a few questions as if I didn't exist, finally she acknowledged my existence for a question and ran off
Marlyn earned 5 stars, the manager made me feel like a burden
