Very unprofessional. The agent Eric Chang gave me a quote of $2450.54 for two vehicles under two driver on 1/30/2024. Then when I tried to add this quote to my policy, he charged me $3050. It is ridiculous how his quotation had rise $600 in a week. He didn't give any explanations but just telling the customer to deal with this price. His attitude is frivolous. Whenever I raised a question regard to the policy, Eric never give me a direct answer. And charged me $50 for policy cancellation fee. He said that the cancellation fee is minor I don't need to even bother to know. He is not the one paying and refuse to let me know the fee after I strongly pushed him to give me a precise number. This working attitude is unacceptable and absurd.
