I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryan Yung during my home leasing process, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and working with him.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found that I needed to find a temporary rental/lease for at least a year. I had no idea that it was so difficult. With so many new laws and requirements and, to protect owners from squatters, the renting/leasing process was not as easy as I thought it would be. With the properties I was looking at, many owners required a real estate agent in order to proceed any further with the application process. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated at the lack of progress I was making on my own. My boyfriend Googled realtors and found that Bryan had some great reviews. Well, from the moment my boyfriend spoke to him on the phone, he felt that Bryan was the one that could help us. We explained to Bryan the problematic situation and the urgency of finding a rental. From our first meeting, Bryan was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. He “got me”. He was extremely easy to talk to and I honestly felt like he was going to make things happen. He assured me that his top priority was to find me a home in the next week and moved in by the end of the month, (which was two weeks later). I, of course laughed, but appreciated his confident attitude. Regardless, I knew that that attitude was exactly what I needed in order to help me make any progress with property managers or owners. At our first meeting, he showed me listings that I had not considered before. He helped me expand my needs and wants and consider other rental options. Bryan proposed 3 new listings at our first meeting and scheduled viewings for the following day.

After viewing one of his suggested listings, I was pleasantly surprised that not only did the property fit my needs, but it suited my style and expectations. Lo and behold, Bryan was true to his prediction. He found a home for me by the end of the month - signed, sealed and delivered! Bryan was persistent in his constant contact with the property owners and on top of everything. Bryan always kept me informed and up to date on any communications. Bryan was always available to answer questions and provide guidance, making the entire process seamless. Bryan also offered valuable insights about the local rental market and helped me navigate the rental/lease negotiations with ease. All in all, I cannot recommend Bryan any more than I am. He is phenomenal.

Thanks to Bryan’s expertise and tenacity, I found the perfect home and signed my lease super fast without any hiccups. I highly recommend Bryan to anyone looking to rent, lease, buy or sell a property -he truly goes above and beyond for clients!
