Absolute horrible customer service
Trying to exclude a driver Was near impossible! They called and asked for information to verify the people that were staying in the home ages 14 and above we did so promptly. After trying to verify that all the information that was given was what they needed Diann the local agent said she was not going to jump through hoops for us!

I have been through so many insurance companies, but I’m sticking with this one!!!! Absolutely amazing in every way!!!! I’ve not only gotten the lowest payment ever, but just added my son and it was the cheapest for him also! And the customer services at the Albertville office, top notch! They all need raises! I’m so impressed! I’ve had issues paying online and as a busy mail carrier, I will make time to talk with them because it’s such a great conversation everytime! Diane and I talked like we’d been friends for years, and the lady that called last time was the same! I highly recommend this company, especially this office! I don’t do reviews unless I’m highly impressed, so had to with what they’ve done for me over the past few months! Please give these amazing people a raise or a pizza party( everyone likes those) haha. Something! Best company ever! Highly recommend!!!!
