98 Realty & Property Management is the best company we have ever rented from! They are extremely professional, kind and diligent in all they do. Repairs are done quickly and when our air went out overnight they were at our door early the very next morning only hours after submitting the request to fix our air during the summer. You can’t ask for better management team as a tenant or owner. Highly recommend them. They are truly amazing!

We recently rented our Florida home with Beth and 98 Realty… AFTER a horrible experience with another rental company. Working with Beth was SO much easier and a seamless process thus far. Our home was rented on the first showing and they were available to answer all of our questions whenever we had them. Beth and team helped us sell our house in Callaway. We had previous realtors/agents hired to sell over the 11 years it was on the market. All of them we not active in advertising our property and advised us to lower our asking price. Well Beth and team came in with amazing photos and listing it in multiple sites and even got new sites per our request and in less than a month sold it for asking price! Booyah!
