We have worked with Matt and his team at First and Final Real Estate for three real estate transactions (purchase, sale and renting out). On each occasion we have been extremely happy with the process and the results.

For our first transaction with Matt, a purchase of a single family home in Valley Village, Matt handled everything regarding the offer and negotiation with the seller's agent. It was a very smooth process and resulted in us buying the house at a great price, better than we had expected.

Matt then coordinated everything around the inspections and even attended each inspection himself, dedicating numerous hours to that process to ensure everything went well and nothing was missed.

For the sale of our townhouse in Burbank, with a very cost efficient approach, Matt was able to secure us a great cash offer after just one showing of the townhouse. He then assisted us in a 14 day close requested by the buyer which was something we had never done before. Matt made sure this ran like clockwork in and around us being overseas for travel.

Most recently, in August 2020, as we had to leave the country due to COVID, we called on Matt at Best and Final to help us rent our Valley Village place out. We had never rented out a house in the US before and as with our previous experiences with Best and Final, everything ran smoothly and resulted in Matt finding a great tenant, vetting them and locking in a great rental rate for us. We haven't had a single problem with the tenants or payment since, again testament to Matt's fine work as a realtor.

I can't recommend Best and Final Real Estate highly enough.
