Hello and God bless You

I live in a mobile home park now owned by this company and immediate changes were made to this once quiet and peaceful place and sadly they were not for the good of the people living here.

Life is really very simple: Love our Creator first 🥇 and that includes loving all people ❤️ AS ourselves ❤️ - treating EVERYONE the way we WANT to be treated ❣️

- The lot rent was increased from $260 to $417 a month (63% = $157 I believe).

- Trash pickup is not 🚫 included now as it had been with prior ownership.

- Roads and driveways have been repaved BUT I (and I am sure other people) would rather pay lower lot rent! *Then the construction crew came back and damaged the driveway at my house and made my car filthy and the driveway is not nearly as nice as it was at first*. I see that they altered other driveways also and I do not know why.

- The landlord has been replaced with a landlord that I STILL DO NOT 🚫 KNOW IN PERSON AND IS VERY, VERY, VERY DIFFICULT to contact and get simple and straightforward information from (specifically the login information required for the application now required to pay the lot rent).

- The landlord has put palm 🌴 trees and landscaping around his house 🏡 (palm trees are NOT 🚫 native to Panama City, Florida and are VERY expensive to put in place) - again causing higher rent 😕 which is not 🚫 good.

- The speed bumps were removed from the roads during repaving and now there is no restraint on ignorant people who have no respect or regard for other people's lives 😔 and children and property.

- I see a large sign near the property managers office concerning 'amenities coming soon' (what the amenities are exactly is not specified BUT I do NOT 🚫 want them!). I, and I am sure almost all, if not all, tenants, want LOW LOT RENT AGAIN with TRASH PICKUP INCLUDED! Thank You.

- I will save money to leave here if no adjustments are made in a positive way within a few months.

I have never seen anyone breathe money or drink money or eat money or even wear money and money does not keep us alive but our kind Creator gave us life and keeps us alive and wants us to live forever without greed ❤️🙏

I believe in their business model and see that they are disciplined to hold onto those priorities and wait until they have found investment opportunities that fit all the criteria.i also find it easy to keep track of how my investment is doing ; they replaced a reporting partner that was not meeting their transparency expectations and I appreciate that.

I have done business as a vendor of 52ten for 3 years. They have always put their tenants and investors first. They are conservative stewards of investor funds. They put their tenants first and are always looking to improve parks and systems to make sure everything is being taken care of. I have always noticed their attention to detail. Quality people to do business with, can't recommend enough!
