My daughter and her friends lived in one of the houses they managed for 1 year. When we moved in there were marks on the wall floors were dirty just didn’t seem like it was cleaned well from the last tenants. Fast forward to move out and I personally spent $100 on cleaning supplies. I cleaned the kitchen even got inside cupboards and wiped over every surface. My husband mopped all communal floors and walls were all wiped over. We left it cleaner than when we moved in. It took almost all the two months to receive our deposit checks and find out they charged $400 to clean and $400 to paint. The sticker removal is fine, we missed that. It seems like no matter how clean you leave it they will charge you and they don’t allow for normal wear and tear. While living there they were good to deal with but move out it seems they find any excuse not to return the full deposit. This is my fourth child to move out of a rental and the first time I have not received the full deposit back. I added the photos we took the day of move out/cleaning. As far as I can see in them it was spotless and didn’t need repainting.

I've rented 2 properties from them. I really loved the unit I had at Bellwood Place. But do NOT rent at Lauren Place apartments. The whole building probably needs to be torn down. There's a roach issue that's never gone away despite pest control coming around every 2-4 weeks for the past two years I've been there. The manager consistently acts like she had no idea it was a problem every time it's brought up. Yet the bug lady tells me she's been working on this building for a while and has been in contact with the manager about the situation. Lol. They're lucky all I did was move. I learned my lesson and look behind the fridge before signing leases now.

Worst rental company in Auburn! The office turnover rate is very high. Demi is the only person that’s been there a while. She’s hard to reach, and will lie about repairs and have her coworkers lie for her about updates. I have rented from them 3 times with the most recent being 2024, and they do not keep their properties up at all. They work with a 3rd party maintenance group that’s great, but 360 Management will not pay them enough to fix most maintenance issues like mold and leaks. 360 Management blames the homeowners for not wanting to pay the money to fix issues with their properties. If you move due to maintenance issues not being fixed, they will still charge and sue you for rent and add as many fees as possible to make the balance higher. I would not trust these people to rent from ever again, and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Called to tour a unit awhile back, went back to the website to show my parents what place it’ll be, and the unit was no longer available on the website. Meaning there is no point in touring a place unavailable that I can’t rent. I didn’t receive a call to be let known so touring would’ve been a waste of my time. Unprofessional.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the property manager of the Vue at Glenn apartments. While maintenance was working on my air conditioning, she came into my apartment unannounced and began knocking loudly and frantically on my bedroom door. When I came out (I was sleeping at the time) she began yelling at me that my AC was set too low (it was at 66 degrees) and that she had told me to not set it that low before. She must have been confusing me with another resident, because she had never told me such a thing before. The brazen lack of professionalism and respect from these actions has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I would recommend avoiding renting from this company at all costs.

This was the last straw after many many maintenance and upkeep issues, we had to move apartments in the middle of a lease because our old apartment had a disgusting flooding problem.

We had a one year leasing contract with 360 management. Moved out at the 6th month and kept paying rent for the remaining months. Only to find out at the end that they locked us out by changing the lock and removed all our furniture!

Besides, maintenance never respected the privacy, enters the apartment without any notice. Imagine you were in the bedroom and all of a sudden, some stranger started talking on the phone loudly in the living room.
