This “man” is the rudest thing ever. If you want better customer service go to another DMV. He will bark orders at you instead of explaining the process politely. Really bad business practice. If you’re a young and pretty woman, go there with a man. Dont be alone with him. I was there around 10:45 AM today. Report this man to DMV. Also beware that this man likes to get the reviews deleted. He deleted my previous review. Dont hesitate to report him if he mistreats you.

I just got a vehicle shipped from Arizona and I have never bought an out of state car before and had no idea the laundry list of things you you have to do
And the paperwork you have to provide when you have an out of state vehicle. The paper plates alone got me pulled over twice because nothing comes up in the system when you drive past a police officer and it scans the plate numbers . The second time I got pulled over the police officer was extremely rude and demanded that I do not drive my car unless I am going to DMV to take care of the paperwork. So the next day I already had a lot of things to do So by the time I got to DMV there was a huge line out the door and there was no way I was going to make it in time. So I got onto Google and searched for places that take care of out of state paperwork. One stop vehicle registration was the very first one that popped up so of course I clicked on it called the phone number. Very nice gentleman answer the phone right away told him my situation and he immediately said of course I can come in even though they were getting ready to close in an hour. So I get to one stop vehicle. The very nice gentleman took me right away. got everything taken care of and told me exactly what I needed to do to finish the process. And then he also gave me a tag to put on my back window allowing me to drive my car until I can get a smog and the physical title from Arizona. So much easier than going to DMV. I highly recommend this place. They were very professional and extremely helpful and very fast as well. And they stay open later than the actual DMV office, which is very convenient!

They are so unprofessional when it comes to helping people. I don’t know why they even have a 4.9 start. The guy who is always answering the phone is so unprofessional. He assured me that everything was correct to me asking him and assuring I had the correct policy. My fault for not asking more information on regards of my policy. Just to find out my address being wrong and I didn’t have the coverage I had asked for. I kept calling and calling his office and no one answers. I keep texting to be professional in regards of not changing any cancellation fee because it was his mistake. And to provide prof of reimbursement. I haven’t heard back from them. And I feel very frustrated with this situation. Since I was making sure with this Maun guy that everything was correct.

Seems to me like they scam people to think they’re only helping but in reality they steal from you.

Getting home owners insurance is certainly not a fun task, but working with 1 stop guy certainly made things easy . He is super responsive and knowledgeable. He got me the best rate . Highly recommended

Quoted me $1,200 to register my vehicle? Went to another Registration office called AG Auto Registration in San Pablo, gave me a reasonable price twice as less and helped me. Lazy people in there, can’t really do complex registration problems.

Update: stating I didn’t come, yes I did I spoke to the owner Manu.
